Very nice, helpful staff but the apar**ent was very average. It is very old fashioned and the decor is very bland and uninspiring. There was a booklet in the apar**ent saying it was luxury accommodation but it is not luxury at all. I'd say 3* maximum. The bathroom fixtures were tired, some broken and the bath/shower could have done with some bleach on the sealant as it was badly stained with mould. The bedroom was large and spacious and the beds comfortable. Lots of storage but only 5 coat hangers between us. The location was in the bottom part of Navigli right next to the canal and we walked everywhere in Milan (but we are used to walking a lot). The tram stop is about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest metro around a 15-20 minute walk. It was easy enough to access from Linate via public transport.

Appartamenti curati e dotati di servizi essenziali. Piacevole risulta il cortile interno, dotato di tre piccoli tavolini in ferro. Di poco gradimento è stato il caldo patito all’interno della struttura, infatti, malgrado le numerose sollecitazioni, il personale non ha provveduto né a riparare il sistema di raffreddamento della stanza né tantomeno a fornire un ventilatore. Di scarsa efficacia risulta pertanto l’intervento del personale sulla base delle richieste del cliente.

Appartamento bello e comodissimo.Personale disponibile ed attento . Unico problema essendo sul naviglio ,le zanzare .Per cui consiglio portare repellente ! Il residence è tranquillo e silenzioso, molto pulito .

Una delle peggiori residenze della mia vita. Le password wifi non sono sul tavolo come indicato dal signore che si occupa dell'accoglienza. Non si trovano. Lo stesso signore ti prende in giro se non capisci come funziona un sistema di parcheggio privato che poi si è dimostrato malfunzionante. Tanto malfunzionante da ostacolarci nel viaggio di ritorno. La macchina affittata è rimasta bloccata dentro perché in seguito ad un diluvio si sono danneggiati i meccanismi elettronici di questo parking. Il titolare non ha nemmeno voluto scusarsi per il danno. In mansarda si muore dal caldo e sono assenti finestre. Totalmente sconsigliato!

Una buena experiencia en la Residencia Ascanio, apartamento muy amplio y limpio. Ideal para pasar unos días en familia en Milán. La zona de Navigli nos encantó. Mucho ambiente con una gran variedad de restaurantes y bares.

Acqua è fredda macchina caffè non funziona arredamento poco attuale è muri da ripitturare bagno piastrelle con fughe sporche e diventate scure. Foto fanno credere di essere in un posto di livello noi da più il feeling ostello. La Rezeption è chiusa durante Weekend e per parcheggiare è un odissea. Se arrivate dopo le 17 vi chiedono un extra di 25€
