We booked a triple room for 2 adults and 1 child for 3-4.10.2025. Upon arriving we were fitst shocked by the appearance of the place: nothing to do with the pictures in their eebsit. Watch out: it looks like the place used by some locals "for a few hours", tucked in an unwelcoming yard of a shabby building. At the reception was sitting a scary man, unshaved and wearing a jumpsuit Immediately he told us that we must pay a supplement for the boy, even though it was not correct. I suspect this is a trick that they're doing. Trying to argue about that made him truely aggressive. He was threatening us! As I said that I will pay, but later complsin to the tourism authority in Milan he started to be even more aggressive and said that he would not let us in! As we were shocked we tried calling the police! He tried not to accept us and not gozving our money back. Only after informing that we'll physically go to a police station and report a theft he made some phone calls and decided to pay our money back in cash (we were charged by our credit card, of course). We ran away, stranded at the street and searched for a normal hotel. This place is dangerous and should be reported to the authorities - you must watch out here.

If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would. I was initially worried after reading many of the recent reviews but was pleasan surprised upon arrival. The hotel staff were friendly, the room cleaner than anticipated and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal with restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance and it was only 10 minutes from the main metro which could get you to the Milano Centrale Train station in under 20 minutes. There were some downsides, however: - Having to pay additional money for the Aircon. The Aircon also dripped water on our heads on occasion - One of the sockets by the bed would spark dangerously and give an electric shock whenever you tried to use it - The decor could use updating and the room lacks some essentials found in other hotels such as sufficient toiletries, a kettle, an iron, a safe, etc - The walls are very thin meaning you can hear everything and makes you feel a little uncomfortable about speaking and such - Having to hand in your key every time you leave the hotel can be inconvenient and make you feel a little guilty when you are only leaving for 5 minutes to get water All in all though, a pleasant stay and does not deserve the level of negativity it has received.

Endroits plus que suffisants pour passer quelques jours à Millan, plutôt bien placé ( a 30 minutes du centre) . Pour ce qui est de la chambre, ne vous attendez pas à du luxe cependant il y a tout ce qu’il vous faut ( salle de bain, toilettes Clim et lit confortable) il y a également une télé avec de superbes dessins animés comme le gigantosaurus que nous vous conseillons 🦖. Avec un peu de chance vous pouvez avoir le droit à une grande terrasse avec un vis à vis particulié. Concernant le ménage, douche et toilette ainsi que le lavabo sont très propres ( rien à dire ). Des serviettes sont egalement fournis avec la chambre. En revanche le fonctionnement de la douche est particulié et attention la douche est petite mais suffisant pour quelques jours. Pour ce qui est du personnel seulement un des réceptionnistes n’était pas très souriant et agréable du au fait que l’on nous avait pas mit au courant qu’il fallait laisser les clés à l’accueil lorsque nous devions quitter l’hôtel. Cependant tout le reste du personnel est polis. Si vous venez en voiture les places sont payantes aux alentours de l’hôtel ( même partout à milan ) il faudra anticiper d’installer une application pour payer, à préciser que c’est gratuit le dimanche. Donc si vous venez pour 3-4 jours sur milan cet hôtels fera parfaitement l’affaire.

Struttura funzionale, in zona circonvallazione sud (fermata metro Romolo + 10 minuti a piedi, oppure bus 90/91). Camere tutto sommato confortevoli, dotate di armadio, bagno privato e scrivania. Buoni riscaldamento e pulizia. La reception è aperta 24 ore al giorno, ma accettano il check-in soltanto fino a mezzanotte (scelta, a mio parere, opinabile). Il bagno, seppur pulito, avrebbe bisogno di una sistematina. Il problema più grande è la mancanza totale di insonorizzazione. Ho passato una intera notte sveglio, a causa del rumore proveniente dalle altre stanze.

Letto duro, il riscaldamento non funziona, perciò faceva freddo,polvere sopra il poggiatesta e sulla tavoletta del bagno che era più piccola del water. Io lo sconsiglio vivamente,un'esperienza orribile. Questo hotel c'è lo avevamo consigliato dicendo che era bello.

Hotel prenotato con oltre due mesi di anticipo, il giorno dell’arrivo hanno avuto la felice idea di cancellarci la prenotazione, lasciandoci praticamente in mezzo alla strada. Non ci hanno voluto nemmeno ascoltare né tantomeno vederci di persona per capire cosa fosse successo. ASSURDO

Partendo dal concetto che non avevamo grosse pretese a noi bastava un letto e una doccia ecco si ferma lì.... Stanza piccolina, ma pulita, doccia spandeva un po' ovunque.... Silenziosa per essere sui navigli.... Colazione... Brioches forse un po' datate, l'affettato e il formaggio erano chiusi in un fazzolettino di carta..... Quindi se si chiudono gli occhi problema risolto....

Ottima qualità prezzo, ottima posizione perché vicinissimo i navigli e i locali (ristoranti, bar, pub, birrerie etc), personale sempre disponibile e gentile, reception h24, colazione ok anche se si potrebbe migliorare, camera perfetta, ottima struttura per passare 2/3 giorni a Milano.
