The staff is really polite and the hotel (and rooms) are always clean. The only downside is that you cannot eat at the hotel, but there are good (and cheap) Caffès and restaurants really close and a tram and bus stop is just two walking minutes away. All in all a very nice hotel, good for visiting the city with decent comfort.

We got it through Booking, which did not help us. We were 5 people and request 2 bedrooms and 5 beds. The first room with three regular beds The second super small room for two men, impossible the super small bathroom. There is no elevator and the stairs are long and he does not help you carry a suitcase. Nooo we had to move two couples, and change rooms and the manager yelling at us. The administrator did not want to help us. It is a MOTEL not a hotel, the administrator is not friendly at all, he does not speak Spanish except English. And it's expensive, not cheap. He did not help us find a taxi. Al Dummo far 40 minutes on foot, very far from the city. Nothing recommended, if you are going to the center. There is no mobility facility. If you are going to take a train, from the hotel to the central station it costs 18 euros one way. For tourism I do NOT recommend it. And above all bad treatment from the administrator / I enclose some photos of the bathroom for two people.
