位置好，出行方便，早餐豐富，水果多，咖啡香濃，但房間隔音效果不好，靠近有軌電車車站，晚上有很大噪音。

非常に古いホテルで、その割に中心部にあるため
お世辞にもお手頃価格とは言えない。
ただしコンパクトな客室は最大限清潔に保たれていて
スタッフもフレンドリーでホスピタリティ精神に溢れています。
一人旅で交通の便を重視したいならお勧めできます。
個人的にはリピートしてもいいと思えるレベルでした。
イタリアのホテルはいい加減なところも多い中、ここは安心感がありますね。
あと、地味なところですがWi-Fiがバキバキに速いです！

I recommend it to everyone, as all the sights can be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk!

Great little Hotel, charming rooms with themes near the Duomo . The breakfasts are very good with the largest assortment of items . So happy the staff is terrific and on point. Not much going on around the hotel, but there are restaurants a few blocks away. The location is perfect.

We stayed there last minut because our flight got canceled. The hotel is so nice! The lady at the front (and everyone else) made our stay as good as it could be. We felt very safe and we feel very thankful to the hotel staff (especially the lady wish we knew her name!) for all the help and support. The hotel is so central amazing location and very clean. We will be back and I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location and easy to get around. Room was small but very clean and bed was comfy. Fastest wi-fi ever, had no issues at all with it. I did not take in the breakfast, because it did not fit my schedule. Staff extra friendly.

On arrival the only available room was on the first floor, very nicely furnished but a bit small and quite noisy. The next day we were transferred to room on a third floor , not so fancy but larger and completely quiet . We enjoyed our stay . The hotel is in a central location, the staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast is cold buffet but has a nice variety of products . The coffee was good and the fresh croissants simply delicious !

C est un vrai scandal nous avons eu un accident sur la route deux jour avant d y aller nous avons donc contacté l hôtel pour signaler ce cas de force majeur en expliquant qu on se faisait rapatrier Dc impossible d y aller ! Ils ont refusé d annuler la réservation et ont exiger le paiement de la chambre un vrai scandal alors que nous y allions chaque année !
