Location is perfect for us as we only stayed for a night right before our flight. It is like less than 10 minutes train ride to the Dome and Galleria and also the train station to the airport is also just beside. Room is very very basic and rather small but not complaining as we are just staying for a short time. Saw some dust around the shelves as well.
Service was otherwise great, asked for kettle and fork and they provided.
I arrived at 4.30pm, and still managed to visit the Galleria (shop closes around 7-7.30pm) and shopped because it was so near.
Only unfortunate event is that I booked the hotel dates wrongly by 1 day which is definitely my fault, I noticed it almost immediately and tried to get a refund. It was not permitted by the hotel, but they offered me to change the date by paying additional 100 EUR, which of course I did.. However, that officially made this the most expensive stay in Europe for us.
