The hotel is super small. Two people can't even put their suitcases in it. As a four-star hotel, there is only one person at the check-in front desk at night. There is no basic security. It is also near the central train station. People come and go everywhere. You don't need to swipe your card to get on the elevator. I personally feel very unsafe, so I left immediately after staying for one night. There are many thieves in Italy. If you can avoid living near the train station, don't live there. There are idle people everywhere. I encountered a thief at the Milan train station, so I feel that the hotel is generally safe. The shower and toilet are still separated.
