Ho prenotato una notte per il 21/10 tramite booking il 06/10 con pagamento immediato. Oggi 20/10 la sorpresa messaggio di Booking: “la tua prenotazione è stata annullata per overbooking”, cose dell’altro mondo, assenza totale correttezza e rispetto per il cliente.

The building is being renovated while guests are still being accepted. The cleaner forgot to clean our room before the second night and that meant they also forgot to give us the breakfast voucher which is needed.
This is not a real hotel. Basically, it's simply a bar that had converted the top floor into different rooms.

Chambre bien décorée, propre, avec climatisation et litterie confortable. Le bâtiment se situe dans un beau quartier, proche du tram. Le check-in se fait dans le bar/restaurant situé au rez-de-chaussée. Le personnel était très aimable. Le bâtiment était malheureusement en travaux, avec des échafaudages devant notre fenêtre mais cela avait été précisé. En revanche, gros bémol : les chambres se situent au dessus du bar qui est ouvert jusqu'à 2h du matin. La musique est forte, même avec les fenêtres fermées. Impossible de dormir... On peine à comprendre que l'établissement ne pense pas à ses propres hôtes. La connexion wifi était très lente.

Posizione perfetta e centrale , ma isolata da traffico e rumori. Camere molto belle e ricercate nei dettagli di qualità, prodotti da bagno eccellenti . Ambiente riservato e tranquillo. Ottima colazione alla carta in location stupenda . Veramente perfetto sia per lavoro che svago .

The location is good, with beautiful surroundings. But, so far. As you enter the common entrance, you find yourself in a warehouse of old stuff, repairs and overflowing trash cans that spew a disgusting smell. The condition of the building is appalling, wires are sticking out and it is remarkably dirty. All of which invalidates the rest of the experience, but still. The rooms are extremely small, with a huge bar directly below, with tables under the windows and extremely loud techno music vibrating into the rooms above. The service is beneath all criticism. I left immediately and would not recommend.

The location was very good, and the room itself was nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the staff speaks little or no English and was rather arrogant than helpful.
