Scendo a far colazione preparo un panino per mio figlio che è stato male nella notte la responsabile signora Silvia mi si avvicina in maniera poco gentile e garbata e senza salutare davanti a tutti mi dice che non posso portare il panino spiego che il ragazzo è stato male ma lei non ne vuole sapere e mi dice che non posso . Tra l'altro colazione già pagata .Ho trovato il personale poco cordiale e poco gentile e quindi non ci torneremo più

Valido e si dorme Bene, Personale della Reception 🛎️ e della Sala Colazioni molto Professionale e Gentile. Vicino alla Stazione Milano Centrale lì vicino c’è anche il Ristorante Angolo d’Abruzzo da Giannino dove abbiamo cenato veramente Bene!

Camera molto carina,confortevole ed estremamente pulita. Spazi e ambienti ben igenizzati ed organizzati. Colazione molto buona e abbondante, da migliorare il servizio cena (caro e poca scelta). La cuoca era comunque molto gentile. Nel complesso una bella esperienza generale.

Didn’t like it at all. First of all it was cold in the room - heating was either not working or was set at very low levels. Second, the breakfast was very poor for this price per night. Third, sound isolation is bad. What was good - the internet.

It delivers whats needed, it has basic accomendation facilities. It's students accomendation turned "Hotel". The price is good. and good location, walkable distance to Metro. I don't have much to complain. But do manage your expection, it's not really a hotel

The staff is smiling and helpful. The rooms are clean. We are a little far from the center, however there is the Turro metro station a few minutes away.
