Per chi è di passaggio e cerca un posto molto vicino alla stazione centrale per qualità e prezzo Guest House Brianza Room è certamente il più indicato. Nella camera non c'è il bagno ma ce ne sono 2 che si possono condividere con le coppie delle altre camere però nulla di negativo, tutto pulitissimo e organizzato nel modo migliore. L'unica cosa negativa (che non c'entra nulla con albergo e personale) è che se volete dormire e avete il sonno leggere sarà veramente difficile farsi un bel riposo per via del ****** che si sente in piena notte su quelle strade.

It was my nice experience to stay in this hotel, very friendly staff. The rooms are cleans and spacious. Kettle, Fridge was available in room. Metro is on 10 min walk while Tram was on two minutes walk.

After having my flight cancelled by an Italian Air traffic strike I request to have my reservation cancelled without penalty. I would have expected a part refund from the full price as the cancellation was not of my cancellation. As a hotel operator myself I make a refund of 50% when the situation is not created by the guest. We all operate to different rules, some with a moral code others without.

Used this hotel as a night stopover for an early train in the Central Station Milan. The hotel is pretty close and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is not really a traditional hotel, but an apar**ent building where some of the apar**ents are converted to hotel rooms. You have to ring the front door bell to be ushered into the reception that is on the first floor. The rooms were a good size. The linens and the room is itself pretty clean. The owner served as the receptionist and was pretty good with his service. The bathrooms are in the apar**ent and you share them with other rooms within the apar**ent. For taxi options, you I recommend you get a taxi from the street as if you ask the reception to call you one, the taxi automatically adds a charge when it meets you. It is cheaper to hail a taxi from the street. The sights of Milan are not far from this hotel. Duomo is about a 10 minute taxi ride away.

Poor is an under statement. I was scammed out of 50 euro. I called and asked if I could check in late before making the booking. I even said reach me via WhatsApp . And I even stated clearly I don’t know what time I’m coming but it’s late and after midnight. What do they do? Cancel my booking at 2AM as I’m on my way & refuse to refund the money. Well done! Enjoy the money. Keep the money thief. enjoy the 50 euros you stole for me. Keep going this way.
