The worst double room stay we have ever had. The reception does not exist, they do not pick up the phones and no one is willing to help you. We had booked casablanca 2 which was booked by another tenant at the same time. We were allocated a room in front of the garbage of the apartment building in bad condition. If I could, I wouldn't put any stars.

We had trouble getting into the room and called the number provided, the customer service was awful, they were rude and not helpful. After a long day of travel being told "please stop speaking" and being ignored was not a good experience. They do not treat their guests like guests. We watched the woman who was cleaning our room smoke a cigarette right in our doorway with the door opened, leaving our room smelling like cigarettes. Our room had plastic wrappers under the table and radiator. There was no hot water and our room was freezing. I have never left a bad review for anything ever but this was a very disappointing experience.

We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night.
The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side.

After booking and paying the full amount to stay for one night I was told that you have to check in through a different site (with a separate cost) after having done so I received no response, I had to call several times to get information if everything was fine, and after 30 minutes they replied saying that you have to be the minimum age to check in, and therefore that my reservation was cancelled, all this in the space of less than an hour, reservation canceled BUT not I was refunded NOTHING except the check in fee (6 euros), I tried to seek feedback via message, they were ignored, poor management to say the least with an INCOMPETENCE and INABILITY in managing and communicating with customers, furthermore making a profit on a "non-service" is certainly not professional, nor ethically correct. I conclude by saying that in addition to not recommending this structure to everyone, there will certainly also be repercussions from a legal point of view. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!
