Check in at 0200hrs, with a fully paid reservation, one would expect room keystone be cut ready. Waited about 20 minutes for. Heck in process…. Shower gel was totally empty

The room is relatively small and there is no partition for the shower water. It is easy to run into the room. However, the front desk staff is very friendly and the geographical environment is also very good. There is public transportation and there is a supermarket next to it. Life is very convenient.

It feels okay, but it's a little far from the subway station. It takes more than ten minutes to commute. The hotel is quite clean and hygienic. There are two relatively large supermarkets nearby.

Everything is perfect, the location is very close to the Bisceglie stop which takes you to the center in just a few minutes. The staff is very kind, especially the people in the breakfast room, who really work hard.
Honestly, breakfast is a little too full of sugar (especially the super sweet juices) and perhaps a bar service for coffee and cappuccino would be preferable instead of the machine.
The room is very clean and minimal, as I like it, but it has everything, safe, mini bar, and a very modern bathroom.
Really recommended for a short trip to Milan, excellent value for money.
