The hotel service is really bad. It takes a long time to reply to the emails I sent. On the day I was going to check in from London, I called 999 because I had a high fever and was admitted to the emergency hospital. I negotiated a refund with them despite my uncomfortable body, but it was completely unacceptable. Later, after I was discharged from the hospital, I showed them all the evidence, but it still didn't work. They refused to communicate. With the help of Ctrip platform, the solution given was a two-night stay voucher for other dates. In short, this is really a different policy for domestic and foreign platforms, please avoid it.

Very good. The room is exquisite and comfortable. It feels better than the last time I stayed. There is free beer, and the service from the bar guy is warm and friendly. The location is very good. It's a ten-minute walk from the train station. There are many good restaurants nearby. It's also a three-minute walk from the subway. I met nice hotel staff at the front desk who were warm and friendly. The key is the room. I got a free upgrade to a larger room, which was also very clean.
