The hotel is in a good location, and you can quickly get to the cathedral by foot or bus.
The service of the staff is good.

It’s NOT 4 star hotel. The hotel is outdated. The rooms are tiny and noisy. I stayed in a room that reeked of sewage and another that smelled of mothballs. Hair dryer is old and bad. But the attendants are super kind and have a great breakfast. Again: It is not a 4 star hotel.

If you want to stay away from then tourist pack area an within walking distance! This is a great place. Good breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff!

Nous avons adoré séjourner à l’hôtel victoria , le petit déjeuner est copieux , ambiance kitsch comme on aime . Hôtel propre ,personnel à votre écoute et parle français . Mention spéciale à Roberto avec son humour et sa gentillesse. De plus bien insonorisé , nous n’avons pas entendu le voisin , seul bémol déjà chaud dans les chambres , nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte , ce qui fait qu’on entend le bruit de la rue . Nous vous conseillons cette hôtel plein de charme et pas loin du centre

El hotel está limpio, la cama es cómoda, el baño estaba con falta de una renovación. El personal de recepción muy amable, pero el primer día en el desayuno he tenido una desagradable experiencia con un joven moreno, le pedimos un capuchino, el café tenía demasiada leche para mi gusto y le pedí por favor me trajera un expreso indicándole que estaba con poco cafe y quería añadirle el expreso, empezó a increparme en un tono que escuchó todo el comedor diciendo que nunca nadie se había quedado del café, y de malos modos, "perdonándonos la vida prácticamente" nos retiró los dos cafés y trajo otros, comprobé que efectivamente estos segundos estaban bien hechos por lo que deduzco que los anteriores si estaban mal y el lo sabía, de ahí su mala respuesta. La verdad fue muy violento y desde luego de muy mala educación, además no había platos, esperamos repusieran huevos revueltos y algunas otras cosas que se acabaron y tuvimos que marchar sin tomar porque después de media hora nadie repuso.
