The location of the hotel is very close to the subway. Although the single room and bed are a little small, but the decoration is exquisite, one person sleeps just right, the price is good, the front desk service is also very good, but the breakfast is a little less.

Stayed for two nights. Everything I needed was there (except for a power socket near the bed, which is not too bad). The hotel staff were really courteous and helpful. Room service, laundry service, and breakfast were great.

Hotel recomendable: tranquilo y ubicado al lado de la línea M1 (a poco más de 10 minutos del Duomo). La habitación no era enorme, pero más que suficiente. Equipada con todo lo necesario. Quizá sobraba la bañera de jacuzzi, pero el aseo era amplio y sin que se echara nada en falta.

This was my first stay here on a four day business trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and it is run efficiently. Breakfast has a good choice with fresh fruit, cooked food, and bakery items. Only two minor elements let it down for me. When I asked for an iron and ironing board I was told the hotel doesn't offer this. This is important for busines trips when you need to iron shirst that have been packed on long trips. Also, the air conditioning in the rooms me and my colleagues in didn't work. Luckily, the windows do open. Other than that, I'd recommend it and will return if I'm working in Milan again.

The hotel was outdated, and nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was not as clean as I imagined, and the AC in our bedroom did not work. We tried to call reception but the phone also didn’t work. There are also no plug points besides the bed which is really annoying as you want to charge your phone next to you but you can’t. We asked for a smoking room and was not given one. We also heard someone trying to open our door at 6AM. We were scared and felt as though we were not safe. We kept on hearing a trolley outside our room at early hours where we knew staff would not be around so early. The breakfast was extremely limited, it had barely anything. Was very disappointed in this. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is very close to the Metro.

Aucune aide pour charger les bagage aucun effort nous avons pris avec petit déjeuner le déjeuner avais du retard nous avion un vol donc on a pas pu déjeuner 😕 décevant…0 franchement je ne retournerai jamais !!!
