Very close to the Central Train station and the Centrale FS metro station, we were satisfied. All employees (especially the reception and breakfast room staff) are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, mini bar is free, tea and coffee are free in the lobby, they kept our luggage after check-out until our train time, left-luggage services are very good, thank you very much for everything.
