Location: Located at the subway entrance and on the main road, it is safe and convenient;
Service: The handsome Italian guy at the front desk was very patient and enthusiastic, and explained to us the best way to get to the airport;
Room: More spacious than most hotels in Europe, two people's suitcases can be opened and put freely, living on the fourth floor, facing the street, it is not noisy with the window closed, and the room service is also very fast;
Hygiene: Very good, very clean.
Breakfast: Very rich, the main meals need to be ordered directly on the menu (coffee, eggs, meat), the chef makes it, and the rest are self-selected.

The hotel was great. We had an issue with our first room but the receptionist was very nice and got us a new room. The location was excellent, right next to a beautiful park and delicious restaurants. For me personally I liked this location way better than the city center near Duomo (btw Duomo was 9min. away via metro - although I recommend walking through the park!) Will definitely come back and choose this hotel again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with nice ambience. Location is good too for food and shopping with 2 to 3 mins from Metro

Conveniently located near the Metro, and just a 15mins walk away from Duomo area. The hotel is also located along the main street, near supermarket and restaurants. The rooms are immaculate, and I had a wonderful stay over 3 consecutive nights. We had some teething issues, but the hotel receptionist attended to us immediately and resolved the issue very promptly. We are extremely pleased with the service that was provided, and will definitely recommend this hotel to any one who visits Milano.
