The room was nice and the front desk service was great. Our suitcases arrived first and they provided free storage. It's a very nice hotel

Based in Milan, I took two short trips to Bologna, Ravenna, Verona, and Venice over two days and one night. They were happy to store my suitcase each time. The third time, they listened to my room requests and I was able to stay comfortably.
The staff were also very kind. Although the area around the station is not crowded, it is safe and the restaurants near the hotel are very delicious, so I would like to use them again in Milan.

Unfortunately not a 4 star hotel. Air conditioning only poor, equipment of the room and the bathroom very simple. Location rather outside directly on major streets. Far too few sockets for 2 people these days - a whole 2 pieces? Too bad about the 115 €!
