Ótima localização, com restaurantes, lojas, ponto de táxi e metrô, tudo pertinho. Quarto muito bom, café da manhã muito bom também e staff bem atencioso.

We spent six days in Milan to rediscover the city. Since we arrived with the airport bus to the Centrale the location of Fenice was good, only four stops by tram. It was also walking distance to most places we wanted to visit, even if the nearest parts of the walks were quite dull. It is also close to trams and metro. The hotel is very well kept and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very small, the only place to sit is on the bed. It is a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants.

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé au centre de Milan. Le prix des chambres est quelque peu élevé, mais s'explique par la situation. Les chambres sont pratiques, quoiqu'un peu datées. Elles sont toutefois bien insonorisées par rapport à l'extérieur, que nous n'entendions pas (en revanche, nous entendions quelque peu nos voisins de chambres, même si cela n'a pas été dérangeant). La literie était très confortable. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Le buffet petit déjeûner était bien servi, avec un choix convenable. Mention spéciale pour le personnel très sympathique, notamment à la réception.

Posizione perfetta:davanti alla fermata della metro,accanto a piazza Oberdan da cui passano i tram,all’inizio della via dello shopping e a pochi minuti a piedi da San Babila e dal duomo.Camere pulite e personale attento e gentilissimo.Torneremo sicuramente.

I spent 2 nights in a single room on the last floor facing the backyard. I have asked a quiet room on upper floor, and that was exactly what I got. The room was tiny and a bit old-fashioned, but well arranged. Every single corner was utterly clean. Only negative comment: I would have really appreciated a kettle in the room. Breakfast is fine. The staff is extremely kind and supportive. The hotel is located just out of the metro station, which is very convenient. The city centre (Piazza del Duomo) can be reached also by foot. Probably because of this location, the hotel is a bit expensive for what it provides. Overall recommended, despite not a business hotel.

Having just stayed at the fabulous 3star hotel Petronilla in Bergamo…wow was this a come down. It was more like a Travelodge. The breakfast offer was pretty basic with not even a fruit bowl on offer with bananas or apples. The room was fine but the toiletries were very limited. No hair conditioner or paper hankies and the hairdryer belonged in a museum. The atmosphere in reception was pretty bleak with an older dark haired woman who was brusque to say the least and made a joke out of my name telling me it was harsh and German. (It’s soft Irish Gaelic)

Hotel molto curato, ben tenuto, tutto nuovo e pulito. Accoglienza da 4 stelle, box auto vicino.. Un cameriere ti accompagna a prendere la macchina e tu aiuta con le valigie! Colazione buona, camera pulita, bagno un po' piccolo. Secondo noi un'ottima soluzione per visitare Milano a piedi (soprattutto con bambini a seguito) , ma anche di fronte la fermata della metro, pieno di bar e ristoranti.
