Stayed for a week, it was great 👍All services were online, and they also gave a surprise gift, which made the children very happy! The room was cleaned very clean every day. Except for the sound of the train at night, everything was perfect! It is very close to Vertical Milan, and the surrounding area is a great location for shopping and dining!

This hotel is in a great location with very clean and new design I enjoyed staying here but think I got bed bugs the last night 😓 also the balcony has no insect screen which makes leaving the window open hard.

Modern design and a very good location near one of the train stations in Milan. I would like to stay there again if visit Milan next time.

The room we were given at first was on the second floor next to the entrance to the underground garage in the hotel building, so it was very noisy from morning to night; I called a gentleman at the front desk to talk to him, but he didn't help... Then I went directly to the front desk to talk to a lady, and finally I was moved to a room facing the hotel garden, which was much quieter. The breakfast was OK and not expensive
