This hotel is in a great location with very clean and new design I enjoyed staying here but think I got bed bugs the last night 😓 also the balcony has no insect screen which makes leaving the window open hard.

Nice and cozy hotel in Porta Nuova Milan, located at 2 mins walk to Corso Como and Piazza Gae Aulenti. The hotel is super new and the rooms are very clean and sound proof. Liked the balcony and the breakfast offer is great.

Good cozy place, close to the centre and main railway station. All perfect, recommended.

This was my second time booking this hotel because the first impression was very good. I early arrived for my business meeting at around noon so I left my luggage and booked with the extra cost for twin bed since I am with my co-worker. I came back at 9pm for check in and it took about half an hour for checking in because there was only one person at the front desk who was speaking foreign language with the customers. I finally got the room key and the room was with double bed, I asked for change the room and the bell boy brought me another card and it was smaller size room and I was so upset. the front desk man called me and he said apologize this situation and no more room is available and want to offer champagne. I felt pretty absurd. The bell boy had to go down again and get another key and I got the upgraded room. the water didn't go and stuck at the shower. I don't think I would ever come back this hotel every again. I literally stayed there from the late check-in at 10:30 to 4:00 for getting my airport...

Amazing experience, had a great time at Milano Verticale, i rate my experience with 5 stars: from rooms which have a fantastic design, super clean and modern, to reception experience, very professional staff: shoutout to Farid who assisted me personally and who made sure I had anything I needed! I will definitely come back!

It was good hotel , I enjoyed staying in it .

The room we were given at first was on the second floor next to the entrance to the underground garage in the hotel building, so it was very noisy from morning to night; I called a gentleman at the front desk to talk to him, but he didn't help... Then I went directly to the front desk to talk to a lady, and finally I was moved to a room facing the hotel garden, which was much quieter. The breakfast was OK and not expensive

This stay was a bit worse than before. The coffee cup in the room had obvious signs of use and there were many coffee stains on the rim of the cup. I originally wanted to take a dip in the hotel's hot spring pool, but I didn't expect that the hotel's hot spring pool was under maintenance and no one informed me.
