Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El desayuno bastante bien. La comodidad del hotel más que aceptable: silencioso, transportes públicos hasta cualquier parte de la ciudad, incluido el centro (tranvía, o metro) muy conveniente.

So my son and I originally made a reservation for the 12/13th of April night, we arrived from Venice to Milan, confident that we would start making the reservation for that evening and we found that according to them that is, the hotel was for the 28th /29 April. We started calling the hotel to resolve it, in the hotel they said they had no availability for that evening but in Booking there were rooms available so it was clear that they didn't want to resolve the problem they had created for us. It must also be clarified that my son and I left for Madrid on April 19th and then continued the trip abroad to return to Italy on May 8th, it was impossible that I had made a reservation for April 28/29th when we are abroad, I strongly recommend that you make sure that the dates of your reservation are not changed without anyone's authorization, at least as far as I'm concerned they didn't ask or inform me anything.

Excellent location. Just 3mins walk to metro and 10mins to termini. Very friendly staff. They even surprised us with early check in. The rooms were also neat and clean. Their detox water was refreshing and reception staff is super friendly and nice.

My parents are currently staying in that hotel, with 5 degrees Celsius temperature throughout Milan, they are not able to turn on the heating because supposedly a law prohibits it, and two pathetic receptionists who are currently working there have the courtesy to mistreat the guests. . Shame on being part of the NH chain, do yourself a favor and don't stay at this hotel. They redeemed themselves - check in was so transactional, no one helped me with luggage at all but during my 2 day trip, I found that the dinner at the hotel restaurant was hearty and filling, and they allowed for late check out so all good in the end

I have stayed here on many occasions and for a long time for work purposes. All the staff are truly formidable! First of all we must mention chef Eduard, attentive, helpful, imaginative and truly passionate and precise in the preparation of his delicious dishes.
