We arrived at the hotel and the girl at the reception was extremely rude, she treated us like thieves... I've been booking hotels for 20 years and I've never had such worse treatment... as far as hotel rooms and cleanliness are concerned top 10 out of 10... but the rudeness of the girl at the reception he ruined everything

The experience at this hotel fell well below my expectations. The room was dirty and there were obvious stains on the sheets. The air conditioner was noisy and kept me awake all night. The staff is indifferent and indifferent to guests' needs. Definitely won't be visiting again.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is friendly. If it weren't for the geographical location, this hotel would be a good choice when you need to go out. Overall good. The price/performance ratio is also okay.
