Not a bad mid-level hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The mattress is comfortable. We had two rooms. One of the windows overlooked the road, so it was quite noisy. The hotel provides earplugs to compensate for noise. There was one significant drawback - one of the rooms was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning system only operates on heat. Therefore, it was not comfortable to sleep.
Opposite the hotel there is a tram stop that goes to the center in 30 minutes. We liked the restaurant near Ristorante Dal Re. 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, if it weren't for the poor sleep due to the stuffiness, the hotel would have deserved an excellent rating.

Everything was good. The receptionist were all so welcoming and very friendly. The room was excellent!
I just really don’t like how the waiter treated us when we came to have breakfast at 10:37 am (the breakfast time was 07:00 to 11:00).
We asked if we could still get something before the closing time, he seemed really disappointed and a bit mad but still they said it was ok.
He was just looking at us, then when we were at the coffee machine he told us “just make it quick!”
We got coffee and a mini Brioche then left quickly, it wasn’t even 10 minutes, but we were so uncomfortable about him looking at us and seemed so pissed about us arriving at that time. We’re sorry for the inconvenience for the staff at the breakfast area but it says when it’s sunday, it will be close at 11am we didn’t think you’ll start cleaning at 10:30 and if you had a problem with us arriving late, we’re really sorry but you could’ve said that you can’t accept us anymore, or at least you could’ve talked to us in a better way and tell us to be as fast as possible.

Very old fashioned hotel woth very basic rooms but good service and very close to the tram line to Central. Allowed very late night check-in. Air-conditioning was not working properly.

Although the 4th star is a little bit of an exaggeration, it is certainly a good hotel. The only drawback I see is that windows do not provide enough acoustic insulation, and the rooms facing the main street are quite noisy all over the night. Rooms are nice, although they are a little bit on the small side, while the bathroom was quite spacious. Clean. Breakfast ok. A rather complicated parking system, so allow for 10 minutes to have your car back.

Prenotato due singole per me e mia moglie . Camere adeguate e pulite . Nella mia dalla doccia scendeva poca acqua . La colazione discreta , ma per 12 € a testa dovrebbero servire succhi di frutta , non acqua colorata . Mi sono stati addebitati 20 € per il garage , indispensabile in quella zona , mentre Booking lo dava compreso nel prezzo . Può darsi che ci torniamo a Marzo , chiarendo che il garage è compreso nel pernottamento .
