環境：距離中央車站步行5分鐘很好找，距離另一個地鐵站也衹要5分鐘，適合拖行李直接入住。車站不安全，不要逗留太久
衞生：房間很大，衞生間空間發，復古的風格，但是這個價位在這個位置已經很不錯了。冰箱裏有被人喝過的飲料，拍照留着證據不要被誤收了費用
服務：前台熱情，15歐早餐不便宜也很不錯，現做咖啡很棒

酒店裝修豪華/新舊程度：五顆星。非常漂亮，歐式審美，甚至可以在這裏出片。
酒店服務：五顆星。服務員很熱情，行李也都是專人送上樓。
酒店早餐：五顆星。很好吃。
酒店位置：五顆星。就在米蘭中央火車站旁邊，周圍好吃的非常多。
這是這次意大利旅行最喜歡的酒店啦！強烈推薦！

Great service at front desk particularly Julia and her colleagues. Most helpful with information regarding shopping and food. Also great help during the train strike regarding arrangements of accommodation. Good breakfast selection. Room on the small side.

The hotel was cute, a bit older than the photos though. Also the air conditioner was not cold and I was sweating and had to open my door to let colder air from the hallway in. Other than that it was very conveniently located.
