I see negative reviews, but honestly it didn't seem that bad to me. It is a simple hotel, without many pretensions, for those who only need to stay 1-2 nights in Milan. The price is good because of the location, the room was very simple, with air conditioning. At night there is no receptionist, so they will give you a key to open an external door that connects you to the stairs (like the door of an apartment building). However, the cleaning is excellent and the person who does it is very helpful. Also appreciated that there is a water dispenser in the corridor. I don't recommend it for long periods or to take your partner on a honeymoon, but all in all it can be the economic solution that many are looking for, knowing that you don't have to have high expectations.

Very nice service at check-in. I was there early, was able to drop off my luggage and it was then directly in my room. Very friendly and informative instructions. Everything was as I wanted and wished for it to be... satisfied!

The room was similar to a closet. A cot under the window with drafts in the neck and sockets behind the head. On the other hand, clean and very friendly staff. Comfortable mattress..
