The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently.

struttura molto ben organizzata, receptionist straordinario, abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a settembre, c'è stato un problema con la prenotazione, in quanto booking mi aveva fatto prenotare una stanza per tutti e 4 quando in realtà non era disponibile, I ragazzi ci hanno fatto un upgrade offrendoci due stanze grandi.

Buona soluzione se si cerca una sistemazione più in stile residence, indicato forse per periodi un po’ più lunghi. I mini appartamenti sono funzionali e ben organizzati, con tutti i comfort necessari. Il servizio colazione non è previsto, ma nella hall vengono serviti dei cornetti ogni mattina. La fermata della metro dista qualche centinaio di metri, ed è comunque raggiungibile a piedi.

This place is not up with the standards they are promising Is not clean, very sloppy and too expensive for what they offer There are manyalternatives in Milan that are better than this place They definitely need to improve their inclination to costumers needs I am n ot going back.

Hotel bem localizado com diversas comodidades próximas , como; supercaro e restaurantes. Quarto ampla com cozinha compacta e banheiro privativo. Também conta com estacionamento privativo no local com taxa extra diária. Como contras a manutenção dos quartos em algumas particularidades deixa a desejar mesmo após solicitarmos ao pessoal da recepção.

Era l'hotel più vicino alla sede della mia azienda. Non mi ha fatto impazzire ma anche la zona in cui si trova non è particolarmente servita. Comunque pulito. Avrei preferito un minimo di colazione e qualche servizio in più. Reception alle 23 chiude quindi la porta va sbloccata con codice.

We stay here for 3 nights on our trip to Milan. We arrived late after a delayed flight and they had a very easy self checkin service available. The apartment is clean, well located and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. The metro station is about a 7 min walk away from the apartment - which is so handy for getting around Milan. The Prada museum is located right beside the apartment also.
