Booked through Booking in the morning, two of us showed up. One of us had the digital document and the other paper. It was 10pm, outside the downpour, just returned from a trip. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We didn't even enter before we were immediately stopped and told that they couldn't accept the digital document. They sent us to the police station in via Poma to request a certificate of recognition to stay in that hotel, we were told that there was no way such a document could be obtained. having returned to the hotel to explain after having wasted over 20 minutes we were told that we should have gone to the police station near the central station (distance about 40 minutes, in all this it was now 10.30 in the evening with bad weather). We would have been left without a place to sleep in Milan not knowing if it would have been successful at the police station. Obviously due to tiredness we LUCKILY decided to call a different hotel which welcomed us immediately without problems. However rude receptionist, dark place.

Multiple parts of the room were damaged.
- Door handle fell off
- missing half of the shower door
- shower and sink just had a hole rather than a proper fitting
- we had to ask for the aircon remote at reception and then the aircon kept having an error. We turned it on 20 times during our single nights stay.
The entrance of the property was ugly and dark and the flags on the photo were nowhere to be seen.
The only good thing about this place is the nice staff and the cheap price.

truffatori, siamo stati presi in giro. Hotel spento, triste e buio. Sembrava un film dell’orrore. Ruggine e muffa ovunque, due letti neanche matrimoniali ma ad una piazza e mezza. Scortesi e ladri. Da eliminare urgentemente

The bathroom has molds/mildew on walls, tiles and grouts. We had to wear slippers/flip flops every time we use the toilet and even while taking shower. Not good for respiratory health.

Hotel finto 3 stelle.colazione inesistente.no tovaglie no tovaglioli.una merendina e un cornetto vecchio....stanza senza tende e con infissi rotti.prezzo folle ma a Milano era tutto pieno.unica cosa valida è la posizione a 100 metri da bus e treno suburbano.hotel da 1 stella neanche.la colazione più ridicola che ho mai fatto in un hotel

Tramite booking avevo prenotato la notte del 23 Maggio per soggiornare una notte insieme alla mia ragazza. Alla reception non hanno accettato la fotocopia dei miei documenti personali e la prenotazione il tutto salvato sul mio cellulare. Non hanno voluto neppure i documenti della mia ragazza perchè non corrispondevano al nominativo della prenotazione. All'una di notte non riuscendo a risolvere nulla con la persona sgarbata in reception, ce ne siamo andati e costretti a cercare una nuova sistemazione. Ho cancellato subito la prenotazione spiegando i motivi ma il giorno dopo la struttura mi ha richiesto tramite booking le penali, asserendo il falso, che io non mi ero presentato quando in realtà sono loro che non hanno voluto venirmi incontro, accettando le copie dei miei documenti personali . Struttura sconsigliata

Ho prenotato attraverso booking più di un mese prima della partenza con pagamento in struttura. Hanno rifiutato la mia carta avente tutti i requisiti richiesti e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni telefonicamente non hanno saputo darmele, hanno attribuito parte della colpa al sito booking e al suo funzionamento. Ho cambiato carta di credito, pensando ci fosse realmente un problema con la prima. mi hanno comunque annullato la prenotazione a pochissimi giorni dal viaggio senza alcun motivo e senza alcuna spiegazione. Ricontattati al telefono hanno proposto di prenotare la stessa camera che mi hanno annullato ovviamente ad un prezzo diverso. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare e fare affidamento su di loro per i vostri soggiorni a Milano. Dalle altre recensioni che ho letto su internet non è la prima volta che succede quello che è successo a me. Se si potesse, anche meno di una stella.
