Room is clean, the cleaning lady is nice, but hotel doesn’t reply email, asked hotel inquiries for so so many time but still without reply

This is our 2nd time staying at Aiello Hotel, it's very convenient location 2 mins walk from the train station and clean.

The stay was great, our room was excellent, very comfortable, clean with cozy decor.
Location very close to the central station.

This stay was for a weekend trip for my daughter and I. Although the hotel was under construction, we overlooked it. The comfort and cleanliness of our room plus the friendly staff made up for it. Will stay again.

It's not a hotel. More like a rental apartment. No proper reception. No breakfast service. No plate, bowl, spoon, fork, or even cup is to be used or borrowed. I booked a superior room, thus I am not sure what makes it it 'more superior' than other rooms. No additional facilities. The area is a bit dodgy (like most train stations in all countries) thus to enter the apartment with so many instructions is a bit difficult. When we returned to the place at around 9pm, we were followed by a beggar. Rang the bell for so many times and waited for the door to be opened, the homeless person begged and begged us for money and started to touch our bodies. It was not a good experience.
