Consigliatissimo! A 2 minuti a piedi dai Navigli, si trova in una zona tranquillissima e silenziosa. Camera piccola, ma molto carina. Pulizia nella media (si può fare di meglio). Bagno bellissimo, ma il lavandino è un po' scomodo e nella nostra stanza non c'era il bidet. Aree comuni molto belle, a disposizione anche una mini libreria e una piccola terrazza per fumatori (c'è anche un barbecue!). Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, grazie a lui abbiamo scoperto piazza Gae Aulenti! A 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metro verde. Consiglio di rinnovare il sito poichè manca di chiarezza per alcune informazioni, come orari di check-in/out e descrizioni/prezzi delle camere. Comunque, nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

Posizione ottimale per chi viene a Milano per un concerto al Mediolanum, a due passi dalla fermata della metro Romolo e 10 minuti a piedi dai Navigli. Con 10 minuti di metro sei al Duomo di Milano. Noi avevamo una stanza per due con letto a castello e bagno privato, tutto pulitissimo e confortevole. Una piacevole scoperta è stato il titolare dell'Hotel, il Sig. Sergio, super disponibile e uomo di gran cultura. Ci ha consigliato moltissimi posti da visitare.

Ottima location vicina ai Navigli e alla metro, camera spaziosa e pulitissima, cordialità e gentilezza del personale.
Contrariamente a quanto definito nelle indicazioni di Booking la colazione non era compresa nel prezzo e siamo dovuti andare ad un bar nelle vicinanze.
Comunque albergo consigliatissimo.

Gute Lage, am neu angelegten Park, in ruhig gelegener Privatstrasse, sehr sicher. Aber es ist nur kurzer Fußweg zu den Navigli, wo das Nachtleben pulsiert, viele Bars und Restaurants am Kanal gelegen sind. Das ganze Haus ist super sauber, der Empfang sehr freundlich, Fragen werden gerne beantwortet, die Zimmer sind z.T. Hostel Niveau mit Stockbetten, bis hin zu sehr großen Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Riesenbetten. Es gibt neben Getränken auch nachts im Automaten Buecherecken, und ein gutes italienisches Frühstück. Die Preise sind sehr günstig, die Leistung dafür überdurchschnittlich. Man findet hier sogar öffentliche Parkplätze fürs Auto, öffentlich aber auch sehr gut erreichbar.

Positive: We had the double room with private bathroom and it was small but very comfortable, clean and warm. The location is not too bad and pretty well served by the public transport: 10 minutes walk from the subway and 5 minutes walk from the tram stop. So over all you are a bit more than 30 minutes away from the city centre. Staff really kind. Negative: The shower was broken in a couple of points but still working without problems. The location is not exactly in the most vivid part of the Navigli but is not too far away from there.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima posizione. Lo consiglio. Il titolare gentilissimo. Ambiente pulito. Bagno molto confortevole e letto comodissimo. Molto gradita la disponibilità di un frigo dove potevamo usufruire di bottigliette d'acqua molto fresche e altre cose se avevamo bisogno. Ringraziamo il titolare per tutto. La signora Bongiorno/Ganci

Posizione ottimale a due passi dal parco e dai navigli Dove la sera si può cenare e bere qualcosa fino a tarda notte per i tanti locali. Stazione metro e fermate tram anch'esse vicine. Struttura e camere confortevoli e pulite. Fiore all'occhiello la gentilezza e la disponibilità del titolare il sig.Sergio.persona squisita.consigliatissimo Da tornarci.

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable. El desayuno delicioso y las personas que trabajan muy amables. Volvería a repetir sin duda!!! Nos dieron recomendaciones para poder visitar todos los monumentos. La localización es inmejorable!
