The only amenities were shampoo & body wash, and the only towels were face towels. It was close to Milan Station, and the access to the bus terminal to Malpensa Airport was very good. Check-in was also at 11:30 because a room was available.

There is no door to the bathroom. Every time I take a shower, the entire toilet is wet.
The window is broken. I stayed there for four days and was told every day that it would be repaired the next day.
In winter, the air conditioner cannot be turned on by itself, and I have to get a reception every time I turn it on.
They don't even provide bottled water. If you want to drink water, you have to go to the water dispenser in the stairwell.
Every morning the room is being cleaned and it's so noisy that I don't know what they're doing.
One side of the bed doesn't even have a charging port. I don't know what to think.
The light *****s on the ceiling are all full of small flying insects. I don’t know how you can have the nerve to charge 1,000 yuan a night for a hotel like this. I’ve never stayed in something so outrageous.

It's very close to the central train station and convenient for travel. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was very welcoming. There are many restaurants in the train station, and they have different flavors. There is a crossroads near the hotel, and on the corner is an Italian restaurant owned by Chinese people. The food is very good and the communication is smooth.
