attention grosse arnaque 2 km a pied pour un croissant et un café , ce n est pas un appartement mais un garage aménagé en appartement , avec 3 garages qui vous entoure et le métro qui passe juste en dessous ce garage est situé au 52 viale coni zugna personnes extrêmement malhonnête ...leur technique est d annuler votre résa booking comme ça vous n avez aucun recours , je me bats avec booking pour être dédommagé mais impossible

This property canceled my reservation, claiming that I failed to make the required prepayment within a mere 4-hour window. However, I did send the payment to their account and even notified them via email, stating that the funds would be available in their account within 12 hours due to international policies. Unfortunately, I received no response to my email. To make matters worse, the room rate for the same reservation has been increased to nearly three times the original amount, indicating that this decision was solely driven by a desire for commercial gain. Despite three months having passed, they have not returned my money.

I agree with Jak's review. Same happened to us last week. We got an email saying our credit card had been rejected, and our booking with *********** had been cancelled. But on arrival they used the very same card to pay for everything. (No commission to *********** and no chance for us to write a review)

Great location, so close to metro station which is easy navigate to rest of city. So close to Navigli area also. Lovely apar**ent and staff. Would recommend! Bit confusing with ***********, it says you pay half after reservation but Milano Apar**ents only use card details as a guarantee - they actually don’t charge you and you pay the full price on arrival. Can’t review on *********** as a guest as it cancels your booking on ***********. But no issues, just a bit confusing initially.

We occupied two mini-apar**ents while traveling as a family with friends. The house is in a fantastic location, very convenient to the center and to public transport. Furnished with taste and very functional, it is a pity that the bed is not absolutely usable. The mattress didn't allow any of us to rest after an exhausting day around Milan. The mattress on the sofa bed for girls is the kind with springs that implant in your back as soon as you sit down. That of the 900-style double bed in feather or wool I don't know but of unheard-of discomfort. Too bad, we would have given you 5 dots but from a small house that is used to rest I would say that it does not fulfill its main function
