When we arrived at the hotel in Milan after 9 pm, we found that it was an apartment building and we couldn't find the hotel reception or any hotel staff. The two women took turns searching from the first floor to the sixth floor seven times. After nearly 20 hours of journey and all this tossing, we were almost exhausted. I contacted Ctrip customer service, but the hotel staff could not be contacted. Later, Ctrip customer service helped find another hotel nearby for our emergency response. Due to the language barrier and the lack of taxi-hailing apps, it was impossible to hail a taxi in Milan. In the end, we two hungry women dragged four 26-inch suitcases on the streets of Milan for more than an hour late at night. We walked to the emergency hotel only after an hour (although the direct distance was only 850 meters). I was really embarrassed to the extreme. I almost died of exhaustion on the streets of Milan late at night. Since we booked a room for 2 days, Ctrip finally contacted the hotel service staff the next afternoon. We dragged 4 large boxes of luggage back to the hotel again, checked in, and hurriedly went out to do errands. The sofa bed cannot be opened (broken). I went out to look for the service staff, but still couldn't find it. After the experience the day before yesterday, I didn’t want to go through the trouble of contacting customer service anymore. In the end, two tired colleagues had to sleep on the same bed. Because they were not used to it, they didn’t sleep well all night. This was the worst hotel experience I had ever had after traveling to dozens of countries. The anger and despair I felt at that time was beyond words. It was really a tragedy that Ctrip could sign a contract with this kind of partner! ! !

The elevator was broken when we arrived. I had to carry three 25kg boxes to the 6th floor by myself.
