This is a great centrally located property to visit Milan.
It’s a lovely location apart from traffic and tram noise from the other side of the canal. Parking was super handy. Apartment we had was spacious and suited a family of four. If you can get a room off the front of the property I think it would be hard to beat.

Very nice hotel, very kind and helpful staff, the room was bigger than I expected.
I stayed only one night and was unable to use the other services available; I had a very good time.

We arrived and temporarily parked on the street but were able to park inside their lot in a gated space. The staff was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. Several food options are across the channel and many things are walkable. The tram is located right next to the building for convenient use. No significant issues. Would stay again.

Little corner of calm a stone's throw from Milan.
This small hotel, which doesn't look like much from the outside, is revealed when the gate opens. Indeed it overlooks the canals of Milan and offers access to the center via tram number 2 (extremely practical) the rooms are very beautiful and new. Small negative point for the mattress, not great. I fully enjoyed staying there. The stuff are very friendly and have hospitality. The place is a bit far from the center of Milan but taking trim No2 takes you to the Duomo less than 20mins.

We stayed at this hotel with our two children in October. The hotel is located outside the city center of Milan and therefore relatively quiet (along the naviglio zone). But you can easily access the San Siro stadium with bus line 90, or the city center via tram2 (stations 5 minutes maximum from the hotel). The establishment also has private parking. The rooms are clean and spacious with a large bathroom and a small kitchen area. The staff are extremely helpful from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is truly excellent: eggs, grilled bacon, prosciutto or cheese are served directly to you at the table. Note that the orange juice is fresh. There is also a buffet of rolls and other pastries available…

Nice hotel. It seemed quite new. Our room was very well equipped. However, on it's very far away from the metro system. You can take the tram which is nearby and connect to the metro, so that's ok. It's a challenge to find taxis or Ubers at any time. During rush our, it took up to 45mins-1 hour to find transportation.

Me and my husband have just left this hotel. The hotel is in a good area, nothing much on the street but if you cross the street you can get the number 2 tram to nearest metro and also can stay on it to get direct to duomo. The restaurant was closed when we stayed so cannot comment on that. The room was cleaned daily and we were given fresh water so that was nice. We would stay here again, they are refurbishing it now and the new area looks stunning. Only negative comment is we asked staff to book us a taxi as leaving at 5am to head for airport, the taxi never showed up so we are currently in a mad dash panic running around town trying to find a way to the airport. There is no staff there to help out, if there was an issue booking taxi we should have been made aware and we could have put a plan in place.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Our apartment was modern and spacious. We did have a problem with the a/c but the hotel accommodated us by providing a free breakfast for our party of 4, which was appreciated given that we had to sleep with the windows open and there was a good deal of outside road noise.
