The location, room and welocmming receptionist was perfect. The stuff in the room, such as coffee machine, hair dryer, shower etc all was great. It's only 20 steps to subway station :) 5mins walking to most important places to see. We loved it. Highly recomended.

Convenient place stay at if you like to based yourself at Duomo. 5 mins walking distance to the heart of the city, with direct M3 metro line right downstairs.

Amazing location - walking distance to Duomo and Navigli District, also right opposite a Metro Station. Bed comfy, rooms nicely decorated and huge bathroom. Lots of plugs, mirrors & natural lighting. Very happy with our stay and would stay here again :)

Location is the biggest plus, BUT we couldn't sleep during the night due to street noise (many trams pass-by the square very frequently). I also found very impersonal and rather rude the client service and communication. Be aware that if you check-in after 18:00, you will have to do it alone on the basis of a video and photos provided by the host.

The room is large, excellent and personal service and daily cleaning, great view, linen and towels. Superb location! Raffaella was extremely kind, courteous and helpful at all hours of the day and night. Helpful in giving tips of where to dine in the vicinity. Will surely come back!

Our stay was comfortable in general. Room and bathrooms clean. The staff was helpful as well. The only consideration is that the suites are located in an office building, so after hours and weekends the building is empty and no doorman is there. Despite the security and locked doors etc... I would not feel comfortable staying there if I was traveling alone as a woman. The check out time is too early and could be inconvenient but the staff offers to store the luguagge if there is a need.

First of all, the location of the hotel is extraordinary. I felt like I could’ve jumped one step and get to the Duomo, it is a few meters away from the center of the town, and even closer to the metro station Missori. Secondly, the host was friendly and helpful, Raffaella made sure that we get the assistance we need in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible, so a big grazie for her. The room is big, very clean, equipped with anything you need, and I felt extremely safe because at night you could enter the building and the rooms area only by using keys, so big thumbs up for the security. The disadvantages, however, were the noise at night because of the tram (but there were earplugs in the room for this inconvenience, I can’t sleep with them so for me they weren’t helpful, but for people who use to sleep with them is ok) and the fact that we couldn’t make the temperature in the room warmer during the night. Besides that, everything was great!

This hotel is actually a block of rooms on the 7th floor of a building without signage. Taxi drivers are completely unaware of its existence. Manager was helpful. Entry/exit wasn't an issue. Cost, perhaps due to fashion week, was super high...five star hotel high (340 euros a night)...but lacked some of the basics like skin lotion I certainly would have expected for that rate. Also, no sheets on the bed. Just a duvet cover, which was odd. Also, if there is any parking nearby I didn't see it. So be sure to ask before you book. Certainly there was only very limited on street parking nearby.

A hotel that's not a hotel conveniently located just steps from Milan's easy-to-use Metro system and within walking distance of the Duomo, this was a great find. The rooms are very comfortable, but unlike many regular hotels, there is no restaurant, or even a hotel lobby, per se. This hotel takes up a floor of an office building, so it is very quiet and peaceful at night and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I hope to return again for my conference next year.

Excellent stay! I loved it!!! Great staff. Clean and modern! 2 city block walk to duomo…. Not a hotel, more like an apt building with a desk from 9 to 5. No breakfast, no restaurant. But many places to eat close by. Excellent price for location.

This hotel is actually just a floor in an multi use building. There is no front desk 24/7, only part of the day- which is not for everyone. Overall it served it's purpose, the location was good, the room was comfortable. But as it's not a true hotel, there are minimal extras. Staff was friendly and helpful.
