Very very disappointed, Customer service was so poor and rude.
Inside room 19 all three side table lights didn’t have light globes for my young children to use.
Room 18 had a massive party that kept everyone awake all night, We could smell them smoking as there was a twin door locked between both rooms that wasn’t sealed up where the smoke and nose came through.
Black mould in shower and one of the kids towels had black hair in it when open up ready to use after shower. My kids have light coloured hair.
Highly recommend people to look elsewhere sorry, I’m definitely not one to leave a review but this was terrible unfortunately.

We had the room closest to the main road which made it quite noisy. Neat and comfortable for budget accomodation.

the hotel was exactly what we expected however when we checked in I was told my twin room was changed to a double because I’d only booked for two people. I explained I was travelling with a friend and specifically needed two beds. I got told to find somewhere else even though my booking was clearly for a twin room (one single and one double). We were finally given a twin room but it took about 30 minutes of heated discussion.

Terrible..would not comply with health regulations...aircon didnt work...bathroom door hanging off hinges and very grotty bathroom
