"The apartments address is Langtree Avenue however this is not correct. Entry is via a dark lane way which has no security. One bedroom apartment has the bathroom in three sections in the bedroom with opaque doors for toliet and shower giving no privacy. We were told that the parking in the carpark off the laneway was safe by reception however our car was vandalised. No support or assistance from management."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE- NO RATING LOW ENOUGH TO GIVE!! walking into the room we were hit by a strong bad smell, we didn’t shower as it was a shower head above a bath tub, the bottom of the tub where you would stand to shower was extremely dirty. if it was not dirty and you did want to use the bath, you couldn’t as there was no plug. there was 4 instant coffee sachets but no biscuits to have with your coffee like most motels. there was no little shampoos, conditioner, body wash or even bar soap provided. there was however a soap dispenser on the shower wall with “goats milk body wash and shampoo” on the wall. two in ones like that are no good for your skin and i certainly wouldn’t touch your hair with it. we booked on ******* under the “pay at property” option. the day prior i had called and requested an early check in at 11am, they confirmed they would clean our room first and we could check in at 11am. upon arrival the staff was not at the property, we received a call telling us they would be there in 10 minutes and had to wait outside in the cold. checking in the owner told me my card was not valid which was untrue, then spent 10 minutes arguing with me about the pay at property option, telling me they do not offer that option due to their policy, even though it was an option upon booking on *******. the bottom bed sheet was not a fitted sheet, was just a top sheet tucked into the bed on top of the mattress topper. this bed sheet was also dirty. i worked in a motel for 2 years and was genuinely disgusted by the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, and the service i received. the owner should spend more time cleaning his property & updating booking options on ******* instead of arguing with customers about it."

"We stayed for 1 lovely night. Friendly staff, they went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended. The room was fantastic attention to detail right down to the lovely bath towel and the pool towels. The room had everything you need and was very well equipped with Microwave plates and bowls to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Two lovely big chairs to sit in and unwind and lost of space in the room as well Very clean and the grounds and the pool were nice to spend the afternoon in.. We would give it 5 stars and will stay here again."

"This was a small motel with only 11 rooms but close to shops and restaurants. it was also close to the railway station and the Murray River. Our room was spotlessly clean and the queen bed was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. i would recommend this place."

"We stayed one night in a powered site. The traffic noise was loud. The amenities block could use some cleaning. Exhaust fans dirty and the bath tub in the ladies toilet/shower was stained and looked dirty. This park was not up to Big 4 standard. We would not stay here again."

"Facilities of room are quite meh. Aircon couldnt tune cold enough. Have to max it out for good decent cold air. Hot water in room also was very inconsistent. was fluctuating too much from burning hot to cold shower. Wasnt too great of the experience. Seems to have no room services here too... More improvement to be made..."
