We have always enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn but this time there were a few things not quite up to par.
The Ice Bucket Lid was extremely dirty on the inside so we had to put something over the ice so that the lid wouldn't touch it. Also, the Window wouldn't close completely and it was a little more than chilly at night. Lastly, the Elevator was acting as if it was on it's last leg. When the elevator would arrive to the floor you were headed to it would violently shake and make the most gosh awful sound. I was very afraid that we were going to get stuck inside.
I would like to mention a couple of positives though. The man who checked us in and out had a wonderful welcoming personality. Also, my husband left an article of clothing behind and we didn't notice it until we arrived back home. I called and asked if they had found it and they did and we set up a time for my son to come over and get it. Thank you to the woman who took my call. She was very gracious in her demeanor.
We would stay here again.
