The location is just across the road from Greatmall, so it is very convenient for shopping and dining. It may be due to the shortage of staff, The room was not actively cleaned after staying for 5 days, and the garbage was also taken out by myself, which is a bit deduction.

I was lucky enough to be allowed to check-in early which was great. Friendly staff all around.
Did have an issue with the refrigerator which i did not report until check-out so unsure about response.
Well located for the reason for my visit to the area.

Unfortunately, we discovered bed bugs in our room, on our bed, after we had slept in the bed one night. Front desk personnel were very friendly! But management did not reach out as we had been promised. When we followed up with management in person, they agreed to refund one night of our stay only. But they have not been responsive to our 3rd party booker's efforts to reach them to authorize the refund. So issue is still unresolved. Aside from the bed bugs, there were a few additional issues with cleanliness (e.g. a blood-like stain on the locking mechanism on the door, a plastic slinky and other detritus in the pullout couch etc.) and functionality (e.g. the shower did not drain correctly, and the drain mechanism came detached; loud Imaginarium next door played blaring music into the night every night). Would NOT recommend.
