"The breakfast is very poor, weekends and weekends are only bread and juice. If you decide to go out before, they will not allow you to do so. They do not clean every day."

"Love this hotel. This is my third stay. Rooms are roomy and breakfast is great. Very good amenities and facilities. They also have happy hours with complimentary drinks. I subtracted a star for three reasons: - We were assigned next to a room where some high school or college kids were having a party with door slamming noises till 11pm. - When I asked the front desk about the water machine, she told me they don’t have it and I can only purchase from the snack shop. However, I told her the operator told me there is a water machine near the fitness room, she then told me they is one inside the fitness room. - When I asked about delayed check out. They only offered an extra 30 mins."

"The room was very satisfactory, simple and clean. It was comfortable to live in. It was very convenient for me to come here on business. The breakfast was also good. I will stay here again if I come here next time."

"Both the front desk people, and the people who serve breakfast, were nice and polite. They greeted me gently. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel premises were well-maintained. Since the breakfast was usually included in the booking, please do not have high expectation."

"Water pressure in the shower is extremely low and makes showers take longer. The manager is stingy. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast, but because she only saw 1 guest she didn’t want to give 2 breakfast vouchers for each day. Also, was a mix up on what time my room could be made up. I was told my room couldn’t be made up later than 2:30pm. I never saw that anywhere in writing."

"It's really good! Affordable, free breakfast, free parking, surrounded by large supermarkets and shopping districts, good service, much better than the Sheraton in San Jose where I stayed before, and the price is much cheaper. It is highly recommended! Highly recommended!"

"The bedding is comfortable, and the location is great, right next to the Great Mall. It's conveniently located for access to Google, Apple, and the airport. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast menu is limited, but the yogurt was delicious. Starbucks coffee is provided. There's a pool and a smoking area in the courtyard."

"The chain hotel that came to the United States last year, the price is very high, except for the weekend, dinner on weekdays. It is also convenient to go out. Not far from there is an Asian supermarket, there are some Chinese restaurants, Apple, Silicon Valley, Intel, Google are not far away. There are also outlets 3 km away, very nice hotel. The room actually saw a long-lost DVD player."

"This is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient."

"Nice and clean room. There was one cockroach in my bathroom but only one. I guess the staff tries to solve this problem. I liked that the room has a fridge and a microwave. The bedsheets are clean and they even make your bed and change towels everyday. Google states that this hotel offers breakfast for some reason, they don’t. But there is a good diner 5 min away. This hotel is far better than hotels I stayed in in NYC."
