まず驚いたのは綺麗なお宿だとびっくりしました。いつもホテルの利用ばっかりだったので木の香りのする旅館に感動しました。ピカピカの木のゆかやお部屋のネジネジの枝のオブジェに驚きます。ラウンジでしょうか。スパークリングや日本酒、焼酎、コーヒーのフリードリンクを頂いたあとは無料の貸し切りのお風呂に入ります。2箇所あるのですぐに入れました。夕食は美味しい野菜がいっぱいの食事でした。来年の予約を帰りにしました

This is a guest-oriented inn, and both the room and the hot spring were clean and I was very satisfied. It was late March, and we encountered a heavy snowfall, but the snow was removed perfectly. Minakami Onsen is a little rundown, so I wish they had made an effort to provide a better corner for souvenirs. This is a Japanese inn where you can spend a quiet time without excessive interference from the inn. The food, which was made with local ingredients and focused on the quality of the vegetables, was excellent. One issue is that it is difficult to obtain drinking water in the rooms. Vegetable-based dishes are good, but it would be nice for guests to have a choice of meat and fish as well.

We stayed in the Akebi room on our wedding anniversary. Not only was the a**osphere of the inn, the spacious rooms, and the open-air bath very nice, but we were also impressed by the attention to detail from all the staff and the delicious food! The room smelled like cypress, which was nice. There was also a welcome drink and a wide selection of manga and magazines, making us feel like we were in a luxurious manga cafe (lol). I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed that I decided to write one. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience!

It may seem contradictory, but what is so relaxing is actually an extraordinary experience. The location is not in a hot spring town, but in a quiet countryside. This time, considering the time of year, the building was surrounded by autumn leaves that were especially pleasing to the eye no matter where you were in the building or the rooms. There is a space next to the lobby where you can enjoy a welcome drink, and alcoholic beverages such as sparkling wine, shochu, and sake are also available. For coffee, there are different machines for brewing coffee during the day and in the morning, which is very clever. The dining room is a private room, so it's relaxing, but sometimes I was bothered by the voices talking next door. I stayed in a spacious maisonette-style room, and the open-air bath adjacent to the relaxation room was particularly spacious and relaxing. Perhaps due to the circulation of hot spring water, the entire room felt soft and warm. It was very well kept. The meals were mainly made with local ingredients, and although they weren't flashy or extravagant, they all had unique twists and were unexpected and very enjoyable. For example, the ``Earth Soup'' that was served in the evening was a potage made with burdock, taro, and Jerusalem artichoke, and was a refreshing experience that could truly be described as ``tasting the umami of earth.'' The serving timing is also very good, as they adjust the cooking time of the takikomi rice to match the progress of your drinking.

A room that will make you forget the hustle and bustle, staff that will provide you with relaxation and peace, and a chef who will provide you with the best possible cooking using local, seasonal, delicious ingredients all work together to create the ultimate accommodation that you can experience all at once. . Depending on the season, the passageways that come into contact with the outside air can be affected by the temperature of the separate rooms, but the rooms beyond are enveloped in silence, making it the perfect environment for lost in thought. In recent years, the number of staff members has become more multinational, and I think all of them love Japan and speak fluent Japanese, and their charming expressions and gestures will draw you in when they talk to you. The Japanese staff are all local enthusiasts, so they can provide detailed information on events, seasonal ingredients, and sightseeing spots. There are two large hot spring baths (as of October 2023). Both baths are reserved for private use and can be used for 30 to 40 minutes. The semi-open-air bath in the room is spacious enough, but the large public bath, which can be enjoyed privately by families and couples, is a space where you can cleanse your mind and body. Although it may be a bit pricey, experiencing the high-quality hospitality that you can never get at a tourist or business hotel may change your concept of travel.

The rooms, bathrooms, and food were perfect, and even the amenities were well-thought-out, giving me a comfortable and satisfying feeling. It's a place I'd like to visit again, with hospitality that makes the most of the simple goodness of the place, without any extravagant events.
