四年ぶりに再訪。平日だがお客さんはだいぶ多い気がします。雰囲気は変わらないが色々と改修が進んでいるようです。少しお高いが（1時間3千円）貸切風呂へ。脱衣場はとても広くて湯船もとても大きい、雰囲気も最高、お値段以上の価値ありかと思います。

従業員の皆さん親切でした。 帰りの送迎バスで途中鶏肉やさんでおろしていただいて助かりました。 行きの高速バスでもバス停から近いので便利でした。

ロビーではコーヒーサービス(お茶、冷水)があり、心地よいソファーに座りながら、3回利用しました。 部屋は8畳で縦長で広くはなかったけど、快適でした。鍵を二本、浴衣2枚づつです。 お風呂のはにわ風呂で露天風呂はありません。内湯は網戸とか無く、ほとんど風が通らないので、この暑い時期は蒸し暑くて大変でした。途中でクーラーがガンガンきいている脱衣場で頭を冷やしました。他のお客さん達もフーフー言ってました。夏だけで網戸とか換気扇で風を通せば良いと思いました。 翌朝のかわせみの湯は、露天風呂があるので良かったです。 夕食は広い会場食でした。今回はろばた焼きではなかったので、ゆっくり食べることができました。 お造りは、河ふぐ(ナマズ)、桜鯛、銀光(群馬でしか味わえない高級ニジマス)、また釜飯は鮎の釜飯、台もののすき焼きには、地元の鶏、豚、牛が入っていてユニークで、美味しかったです。 いつもはご飯をパスするつれあいも、私も完食しましたが、品数が多いのに、お腹にジャストな量であるのが、素晴らしいです。 また地酒の日本酒の冷酒(300cc 1200円位)が美味で、お料理にぴったりでした。 朝食も同じ会場にて、いただき、満足でした。 お食事処の係の方もとてもいい接客です。

最上階の特別室に宿泊しました。 チェックインの際、3回目のワクチン接種の証明を求められました。特にメールなどで持参すると割引があるとは書いていませんでしたが念のため持ってきて1人当たり5000円の割引でした。 部屋は広く眺めもよく清潔感もありよかったかと思います。 少し残念だったのは部屋付きの檜風呂付が思ったより狭く利用する気にはならなかった点です。ですが貸切風呂と通常の大浴場でのみで十分満足できました。貸切風呂はプランによって事前予約できるようでチェックイン時の際隣のお客様は時間がいっぱいで残念そうにしていました。 夕食は噂にたがわぬ質で炭火焼以外の料理にも満足できました。朝食もボリュームがありこちらも満足できました。 結果的に割引がありましたがそれが無くても値段以上のクオリティがある宿だったと思います。

お部屋もお風呂も、とても良かったです。ロビーに設置されてるサービスのコーヒーもおいしく、ひと息つけていいなと思いました。 しかしながら、マナーがなっていないお客さんとスタッフさんが目立ってました。 まず夕食時に隣の席に座ってた高齢男性4人組。お酒も入っていたことから大声で会話し、騒ぎ、うるさかったです。コロナが少し落ち着いていた時期だったからか、給仕してくださる仲居さんも特に注意するわけでもなく野放し。感染対策万全とは言い難しと思いました。 また大浴場でマナーがなっていなかったお客さんが、どうやら旅館の女性スタッフと知り合いだったらしく、朝食会場でもぺちゃくちゃとおしゃべりが甚だしいことこのうえなかったです。 食事面では、朝食の白米が冷たくて、最後の最後で残念な気分に。 夕食だけ立派にしてればいいということではないと思います。 せっかくハード面はいいのに、そこで働く人が評判を落とす振る舞いをしてたらダメですよね。残念です。

１年２ヵ月振りの宿泊です。前回、新型コロナウィルス対応において安心感を覚えたことから、愛郷ぐんまプロジェクト宿泊キャンペーンのお得感も手伝い、12月下旬、「辰のおとし子会」会員感謝の日に伺いました。今回特に印象に残ったことは、従業員の方々の親切さと気さくさでした。いろり献残焼の食事処で寒ければ、エアコンの温度調節に加え、ひざ掛け、ストーブを直ぐ用意し、廊下等における挨拶も自然な形で気持ちが和むものでした。気負わずに宿泊でき、料金以上の様々なサービスが期待できる宿、定宿にしてもよい宿と思いました。 利用時期： 2021年12月
