ホテルの人がホテル内を走り回っていたのは止めた方がよい。
夕飯のバイキングはさみしいの一言。おかずにならない。刺身のアジとすき焼きだけが美味しかった。
朝食はよかったが、イカ、ローストビーフ、アイスは夜に出して欲しかった。
夕食で粗相があったが、給仕は何が悪いのか、わかっていないようだった。朝、オーナー、シェフが謝りに来たので、もうしばらくしたら良くなるかもと思った。

他の方の口コミ通り、従業員の方の対応が素晴らしかったです。食事の時に娘が手を火傷してしまったのですが、氷を部屋まで持ってきてくださいました。心遣いに感謝致します。食事も大変美味しかったです。

スタッフの皆さんが感じ良くて気配りもよかったです。
夕食が美味しくてお腹いっぱいでした。お酒も飲んでいたので、最後のデザートはお部屋でと持たせてくださってゆっくり後でいただきました。ただ部屋は広い部屋の方が景観があまり良くないです。

送迎のスタッフの方がとても感じが良くて、気分の良いスタートでした。 海を一望できる展望温泉も良かった。 ただ、施設が古く廊下の絨毯などはシミだらけ… 浴衣も臭う感じでした。 お料理も、美味しい宿…の旅館名にしては、お値段以下の気がしました。 1番の低評価の原因は、フロントの年配の方の接客の不満です。たぶん、ある程度立場は上の方なのか？ お客様がいるのに、若いスタッフがフロントでベラベラと私語をしていても、注意もせず一緒に会話に参加している… 全体的に真のオモテナシができていないのは、こういう所からきているんだなーと思いました。 しかし、また帰りの送迎の方の接客で気分良く終わりました。
