人手不足のせいか、布団引は自分達でするし、食事の際もままならなかった。

宿泊料金の割には食材のバリエーションが豊富だと思います。布団がお粗末過ぎます。お風呂もリニューアルが必要です。

その他はカニ食べ放題はいっぱい食べられたし、お部屋もチェンジしてもらい、まずまずでした

施設が老朽化していて非常に良くない状態。 当日は春先で蒸し暑かったですが、エアコンからは暖房しか出ない。「窓を開けて対処して欲しい」との回答で、その夜は蚊に苛まれました。トイレの水はなかなか流れないし、大浴場も２つありますがシャワーなど設備も旧式で使い勝手が悪い。部屋の眺望は良く、従業員さんも穏和で、料理もまずまずなのに、設備が酷すぎて不満がどうしても出てしまう。次回南房に来ても利用することはないでしょう。こんな辛口コメントするのは初めてです。
