まず、電話対応がとても親切丁寧でした。人数の追加を相談した際も、快適に過ごせるようにと工夫してくださって、助かりました。お部屋の可愛らしさに感動しましたが、館内すべてがこだわりと気遣いがすごくてさらにテンションup。お食事も朝晩ともに美味しくてボリューム満点。何より、スタッフのみなさんが温かくて素敵でした。また行きたいし、お友達にもオススメしたいです。
