My room wasn’t cleaned after my first night of a two night stay. I had a note on the bed requesting an additional blanket so I never got that and the trash wasn’t emptied. I also didn’t like that there were not ice machines, I had to go to the bar to request a bucket of ice. On the positive said the lady at the check-in desk was super nice and helpful.

$100 deposit per night … had to pay $300 on top of the $300 I already paid for the hotel.
No valet anymore and parking is a headache.
Used to love this hotel, but it’s not the same unfortunately.
Staff was excellent and super helpful! Went out of their way to help as they could.

The staff was very friendly. Our tv didn’t work so we were upgraded to a room that had a working tv. The Moxy is close to dowtown Minneapolis and has a lot of nice restaurants near-by. Also, a CVS and grocery store are within a block away. I will definitely be staying at The Moxy in the future.

Appealing to a young clientele- fun vibe. Loved the live band! Good fit for the Lake Street community. Ok to park on street but as we grow older we will want valet parking which was not available despite that option described online.

I loved our room! It was minimal and very stylish. The bathroom was luxurious even though it was small. The staff were some of the friendliest people! The price was right but it didn’t feel like a cheap hotel.
