"Very good. Compared with Priceline and other major websites, we found that Ctrip is the cheapest. From holidays to services, the air conditioner will turn on the heater if it is too cold. The breakfast is also delicious. All the staff are very nice, from the front desk to the housekeeping. It is also convenient to go anywhere in downtown. I didn't realize that this hotel is so good before. If I need it in the future, I will definitely book this hotel again. (Very warm. I found the name of the reservation on the TV when I checked in."

"Due to a flight delay, I couldn't stay the first night. When I checked in the next afternoon, the front desk staff kindly suggested I could request a refund from Trip.com. We spent over an hour at the front desk trying to sort this out. Trip.com said they couldn't issue a refund, but if the hotel was willing to provide documentation stating a refund was possible, they might be able to look into it. However, the front desk staff then said they couldn't provide any refund documentation. So, check-in took over an hour, and I'm really not sure what the point of the front desk's initial suggestion was."
