I booked two nights, but I left out the first one because my room was so cold with the fireplace on and the heat at like 80… ridiculous

Such a great property! I felt like I was in a ski chalet in Aspen! I was a little hesitant because the price was so great….don’t be!!! You will be blown away at the deal this place is! I will DEFINITELY be going back! Staff was terrific as well!

The Best Western Plus Normandy Inn is our favorite hotel in downtown Minneapolis. It is walking distance from arenas and theaters. We love the cozy decor and comfy corners throughout the hotel where you can visit, play cards, read, or even play chess. My kids love the homey touch of warm cookies and milk at 10pm in the lobby...even as teens they look forward to this. Service has always been wonderful and we choose this hotel every time we can. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at the Normandy for a Birthday getaway. From the start when we checked in, the attendant was super friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and explained where everything was, explained the parking and the amenities.
The room was very spacious and clean. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant and the atmosphere of the hotel was personal and comfortable.

Everything was comfortable and clean. Our stay was lovely. One little thing, Our room was a little to warm in the evening, although we had the room temp set to 66 the room got up to 75. Not terribly uncomfortable but for a woman with hot flashes it got warm.

Great place to stay for downtown Minneapolis. Very nice pool and hot tub. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very nice and clean. We will definitely stay again.
