Really bad hotel, first of all, you will be arranged on the first floor. It was dark and cold. I see other high-rise floors are arranged for those staying in the back, and the first floor is prepared for Chinese people, and they are treated differently. They have a disco on weekends, and it doesn’t end until 1:00 in the morning. You can’t sleep because of the loud noise. Whether it’s you or Ctrip to communicate, it won’t have any effect. In the end, their front desk didn't answer my call. Had another flight at 6am the next morning and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I have stayed here at least three times and highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. All the staff, especially at the front reception, are helpful and friendly; the hotel rooms are spacious and very clean with the beds being particularly comfortable. The general public areas including the lobby, executive lounge and restaurant are all very clean as well. The service in the bar and restaurant is very good as is the menu and wine selection. The room rates are reasonable too. This is definitely my “go to” hotel in Minneapolis.

Great bar/restaurant! Wait staff was friendly and efficient. When I left my room for breakfast I noticed a diesel exhaust odor in the hallway but not in my room. Weird couch too. I would stay again when in the area.

Everything was great. The only thing that would of made it better was silverware in the room for past restaurant hours.
