I checked into this hotel via the app, the mobile key was not working, it had been a long day and check in was after 10pm. Problems with AC, service tech did not speak much english and he did nothing. Also, the whole thing took over an hour to do nothing. Next morning I contacted the front desk about replacing a clock in the room and was spoken to very rudely. Went to the restaurant Tavola and was given a glass of water that just plain "stunk"! Left a message asking the GM to call me and was told he would...he didn't so I left a second message for him to call. Later that day the GM, Jeremy, called me but he seemed very busy and was not interested in hearing the diffiiculties I had with his staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. So, I said to him "it is obvious to me that you are not interested in hearing these problems" then I told him goodbye. He did not have any interest in making me think he was interested. I sent him a text letting him know about the filthy water glass (which by the way sent me away from the hotel to a wonderful meat at the Capital Grille!) and he never responded to me. I really wish that Marriott stood behind its customers the way that they did before the Pandemic. Just because there was a pandemic does not give Marriott the right to provide substandard service and charge much higher prices. I will not ever choose this location again.
