Its my 2nd time at this place & both times, have been good. Cleanliness, good customer service, quick check in, check out and friendly maintenance as well. Our tv was acting up and they showed up within 5 mins to fix it.

Making reservations for a wedding in August, I called the hotel directly and spoke with the General Manager, Willy. He was THE MOST HELPFUL person. I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating he was in making our reservations. I wish everyone was able to experience the kind of top notch service he provided me. Thank you, Willy.

Plenty of space, very comfortable, clean. Katherine/Kathryn who was at the front desk when I checked in was so kind, pleasant and helpful. She was the highlight of my stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, only problem was the bed and pillows. The pillows go flat when you lay on it, and the bed was very hard, couldn't wait to get back home to my own bed.

Great North Loop location. Our room had a full-size fridge, stovetop and dishwasher. So convenient to walk to Milwaukee Road restaurant and bar. Front desk staff was so helpful.
